SE 500 "Phone Lock" not Sim Lock issue

Hi All,
Forgive me if this has been asked (as I am trying to search right now too),
I have a SE s500(green).
It was working fine till yesterday, then I changed the sim with a new sim it was working till this morning but now the phone turns on and says that "Phone Locked" and when I try to enter 0000 default code, it does not allow me to enter anything. Can some kind soul guide me and point me in right direction...thanks allot.
P.S its not a sim lock as this phone is fully unlocked and don't have to put in subsidiary codes

Thanks a bunch, yes that link did help and I was able to reset the password and unlock the darn thing.
