MPT: Processing Failed!

I've done all the proper Seem Edits, and have messed around in contacts, calendar, and pictures. The only thing I can't do is upload ringers to my phone. Whether I try .mid, .wav, or .mp3, I always get an error message:

Processing Failed

I've googled to no avail, and I've searched HoFo to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Windows Vista
MPT 4.36 (? It's the latest, whichever that is)
