Vibrate Profile No Longer Works

The vibrate on my son's 8310 broke today, even in the vibrate profile the device is silent. When you shake the device you can hear the part rattleing around inside. The phone is 2 months old, can I just take it into an ATT store and get a new one, or will they make me do it over the phone?

You are gonna have to do it over the phone, 1-800-801-1101. The only way to do it in a store is if it's less than 30 days old.
