I have read through alot of these posts and have yet to find a detailed step X step process on how to flash my new E816 Hollywood Edition phone from Amp'd to Altell. (I am sure it is here somewhere.) I am aware i need firmware. I am looking for some help so I can get full functionality from my phone. I was under the impression when i bought it that it was ready for the Altell network, however i cannot recieve/send pic messages etc.

So are you on Amp'd or Alltel? My dad has an E816 flashed to Alltel (on Alltel service) and it works flawlessly, just like an E815!
