Hi I recently purchased a new LG Shine phone and when I try to download or up load anything to or from my LG to my computer I can't because I apparently don't have the software in which to do so. My LG came with a small disk but it wasn't the appropriate size for my disk reader. Help as to where to download the software or what I have to do?

any cd reader reads that size of disc.. even the ones from late 90s
u see how there is a lil groove in the middle of the tray, u put the cd there and it should b fine

this is the first time ive heard a mini cd not being able to fit into a reader...

and also u can do this if u have a SD card reader.. save the files onto ur SD card and transfer it thru a card reader
