Can't get my Razr V3a to sort my pics from most recent to the oldest...

I have looked and looked and can't find out how to sort my pictures from newest to oldest. There's gotta be a way right??
I also can't get the pictures that the phone came with, to delete. Is there a way to do this without going through the trouble of getting software, hookin it to my comp, and so on? I doubt it, so can someone tell me what all I need to do this and how.
