getting rid of 'Rogers' sign on background of LG Shine TU720

all of LG Shine TU 720 possesers know there is 'Roger' on the background right??
does anyone know how to get rid of that?? or change position or write something else other than 'Rogers"
also, I would lik to know how to set locks for pictures, videos, and other private information...
