Please Help, No Microphone or Speaker Working

Hi there how are you? I had this phone for a few months now and I just called Bell and they told me its out of warranty. I bought it used from a person online. It worked perfectly fine up until yesterday. I hear the phone ring once and than it does not repeat and when I answer the call, I can't hear nor speak on it. I did a hard reset and that did nothing. Thanks for your time. This is my only phone and its really important to have it working

Problem solved by plugging in the headset. I have no idea why but as soon as I plugged my headset back in everything ended up working perfectly fine.
