I just got my 8310 and am loving it. The only problem I am having is sending email from the BB and 1 of my Yahoo mail accounts. One account works just fine. The other account (and the one I use more often) cannot send but receives email fine.
There are 2 interesting things about this yahoo account. First, it was was originally a Rocketmail.com email account and a number of years ago Yahoo bought out Rocketmail. My login is now xxxxx.rm. Also, this account is now a paid mail account with the premium service. The account that works is a standard account, nothing special.
When I attempt to send mail from the yahoo account, it always says the address is incorrect, even if I am responding to a received email. I called Yahoo and they said since it is a problem with mobile email, the only support they provide is on line, which is of no help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been having issues with my plus mail account too. They finally sent an email around saying that they had upgraded their Plus servers, so there were new settings to put into your various POP3 clients, including mobile phones. The gist of it is that the new setting was now plus.pop.mail.yahoo.com and plus.smtp.mail.yahoo.com. Hope that helps

Thanks, but where does this new information get entered into the phone? When I go to edit or setup email, it only shows a place to enter the email address, not the full details of the server.
