If you cant do the last option, I say inquire with NY authorities about "guilty with explaination" option to have the fine reduces to say $100 parking fine? (so it won't come on record). My personal take is - pay the amount just make sure nothing comes on record because insurance goes up and that stays up for 3-5 years. One time payments you can swallow |
