1 - No case.
2 - Specs say "microSDHC", so I'm assuming it can.
3 - Florida.

Neo, I had this phone with a 6GB MicroSD card and it worked. The only thing was that the phone would not read the remaining storage level for the card but there is a .cab on XDA that fixes that. You won't have any issues using above a 4GB card.
