Series 40 Help

Hello everybody I m new around here and I d like some help with a nokia 7900 phone.
Does anybody know if there is a call log within the apps of the device or is there any I can intall so I can keep track of the call and sms activity?
From what I know 7900 is a series 40 so I quess if there is allready an app it should work, but I cant find anything..PLZ Help
