one day I came home and the screen was white the light worked and I could still call but the screen didn'y work. SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

tats weird...try a master reset just match up the keys with another phone....if tat doesn't work try to flash it... and if tat doesn't work then it might be hardware..

He means

to go through the master reset menus by using another z525a to 'guide' you through the menus.

To be honest, the z520/z525 has a know WSoD (white screen of death) problem. I've had 2 that went bad on me.

but the funny thing about it is he can still make calls...i thought when u get a wsod u can't do anything well i haven't got one for years so wouldn't konw exactly...

Yea, you can still do everything with his/her type of WSoD. You could play games, ringtones, even add/delete contacts (if you know the correct key presses).

Iv had a few 525 or 520's do that. The cable that goes from the board to the LCD gets worn out or comes loose. If its in warranty just send it in. If not check cnn.cn for parts if things are broken not just loose.

Dis is why I dont like flippers any more. The only flipper in the past iv not had these kinda troubles with was an old LG vx3200
