pantech 8300 for cricket

My daughter bought a 8300 helio on line ready for cricket. Took it to the store and had it turned on and it worked well until I forgot to pay the bill and it was turned off. I have since paid the bill and now the phone will not reactaviate. Can anyone help me? Thanks
