Need to obtain a store #

I need to locate a store # for an employee so I can finalize his loan docs ( I work for a mortgage company). I need a store # to complete the docs and they must be done today in order to make this deal fund. I know he needs this refi done immediately to save his home and I cant for the life of me figure it out. I have tried calling him a few times today, but I just keep getting his voicemail.

Any HR numbers or any place I can contact to get this info? This is a completely legal thing and I do have the proper docs to back this up which I have no problem faxing over to the right people.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean store phone number? You can look that up on AT&T's website.

No. I have no idea what the store number is. On his app there is just the generic ATT number. But I dont need the actual phone number, I need the store number.

The corp number he provided should be sufficient. When I did my Mortgage loan I used my companys corp number and not the store phone number. I see no reason you could not either.

Im not looking for a phone number to the store. I was looking for the actual store assigned #. Chain stores all have specific #'s assigned to them to differentiate between them all. But I think I did get it taken care of. Thanks for the help.

They never needed the store number for my mortgage paperwork, just the address and phone number.

I know what you mean but why isnt address sufficent for the legal documents. heck i work for UPS and when i needed a loan i just had to give the lender the terminals name and phone number. We do have terminal prefixes for computer and internal reasons but never for public use.

Because internally that number can be used to do shady things. Like going to another store and getting phones that are supposed to be transferred.
