Video as Wallpaper? Z6m

Hey guys! I just got a Alltel Rokr Z6m today and I'm very pleased with it. But there's one thing that bugs me that I wish it could do... Can you set videos as a wallpaper?? My friends LG on Alltel can and my girlfriend's Chocolate on Verizon can... so is it just an LG thing maybe??? I really wish you could, because besides that this phone has it all. It's my first real phone (my previous phones has been a Kyocera KX16 and a Motorola W315), and I am very excited with it. I've already hex edited the file to change the left softkey from Celltop, now I just want to find a way to make videos as my wallpaper.
