Free itunes with new iPhone??

I heard this from someone who is also entertainment lawyer who has close ties to apple. Basically they are planning to have an iphone available with new release as soon as in summer, where someone would pay $3-400 more and would have unlimited access to itunes (free downloads).

I searched some threads here, but didn't see anything on this. Anyone else can confirm. I found a source from yesterday (link above), dont know if its legitimate enough thought.

It's been reported that Apple is "mulling over" an "all you can eat" option for iTunes. Nothing has been set in stone yet. Nobody knows whether it will be a monthly subscription or an extra charge on top of an iPod or iPhone.

Personally I couldn't see how simply charging a one time fee would make the music biz happy. Monthly seems more likely if this ever happens.

It may even be yearly. Nokia has a deal where they give a piece of the phone's sale to the record companies...in return, the consumer can download AND keep as many songs as he or she wants from Nokia's music store, which they access through the phone itself. It isn't out yet here (only in England I think), but it is an interesting concept -
