Diego 3.08 can't find phone????

I'm trying to mod my nokia 6275i, and I found a modding guide on this site, very nice, tells me what to do in detail but there's only one problem, when I start diego it keeps looking for my phone and says phone not found, I'm pretty sure i removed everthing nokia on my pc, and iam using the ca-53 wire. Does someone have an idea as to what the problem might be, i really want to mod my phone, and for now this seems to be my only problem.

i have also read that i should select data storage mode than select exit and it should work, but i dont have a microsd card in it so when i select data storage mode all it says is to put in the memory card.

I don't mean to hijack the thread but I have a 6265i and 3.08 won't locate my phone either. Any advice would be excellent.
