Default Browser on Pearl

Is there any way on the Pearl to change the default browser from the blackberry one to say Opera Mobile. Like if I click on a link in an e-mail or internet shortcut on my desktop so Opera will open. I have checked in options and settings and couldn't find how to do this. Thanks in advance

I do not have Opera installed on my Pearl, but I did find that under Advanced Options there is a Browser menu that will lead you to a Default Browser option. Once the Default browser is highlighted, hit the menu key and click on change option. It gave me the choice between Internet Browser and T-Zones on mine. It may give you Opera. It's worth a shot, hope this helps.

Nope. That's one of many reasons why I don't bother with Opera Mini.
