Hey guys,

I have an audiovox smt5600 that I bought off the web about 6-7 months ago. It is cingular branded. I have att as my provider.

I cannot send text messages but I can receive them. I also cannot check my voicemail from my phone, but I can if I call the voicemail number from another phone.

Both of these things were working, and then from one day to the next they stopped. I cannot find the settings on the web, and I need help. I have tried a hard reset and that has not worked.
