replacing the screen on my dash and durring the process i bumped the camera from it's mount so it just sat loose in there. now the phone won't go to the camera or even acknowledge that it is there.

i searched for this because the break was really easy and it seemed like it would be common, but nothing.

am i screwed, or is there a fix for this?

I'd say take it back apart and see whats up. Maybe something came half way disconnected or even broken

oh, it's broken completely loose for sure. but nothing was really holding it on before, it looked like it was just glued to the piece with the contacts. there was no ribbon(that i could see) or pins.

so now when i press the camera button or attempt to start the camera applications, nothing happens.
