Ziphone is stolen code. Zibri is a code stealing theif. 1) Stole the dev teams jailbreak, leaked info on his blog about them, and stole the ramdisk exploit. 2)Stole Anysim from Gray, changed ALL credits to himself, and released it. 3)He is a jerk. Plain and simple..need more info, pm me.. |

Anywho, iLiberty+ (X is the Mac variant) is a much more powerful tool than ZiPhone. It has customization options and doesn't download your bootloader. Also, http://theiphoneproject.org is an official site as well partnered with MMi. They also have it up for download. If you want to "UPGRADE" your phone as Zibri says, use ZiPhone. It will downgrade your 4.6BL to a great 3.9BL with no point of return. It's mainly a useless tool that definitely downgrades your bootloader, which Apple can tell. With iLiberty+, you have the option to downgrade or keep your BL the same. If you ask me - ZiPhone is teh ********s. With a new version being released once a week, I don't see how it's advantaged over any other software. iLiberty+ on the other hand is feature rich, is reverisible for warranty issues, and has a cool *** name instead of the owners stollen Zoro logo. And by the way, I'm not a noob in the iPhone community ..... This thread should be stickied and iPlus should be taken down because iPlus is no longer supported |
Anyway, to Zoolander i can't really say if it would be worth the effort to use iLiberty+ after using Ziphone for your phone. In my place waiting for my refurb iphones to come in, i did some major research between all the softwares out there to unlock my phones and at first i was going to Ziphone them than i started reading about the "bootloader" down sizing to 3.9 from 4.6 and thought this may not be a good thing in the future. Than iPlus came up, but dealing with that "DOS" looking setup didn't feel right as well. I came across iLiberty+ and after reading all i could find on it came to realize that iLiberty was the best bet to go. Both phones are working great and they all took less than a 1/2 hour to update to 1.1.4 and unlock using iLiberty+. On my part it's all good and happy endings all around. Good luck, Zoolander...

| NO, iLiberty+ is not going to disappear. Our OS X update will be release (may be delayed 1/2 day due to Pwnage). We have many plans about how we will integrate our work with the Pwnage Tool, so stay tuned. |
