K790a "Operation Failed"

"Operation Failed" is the message i get whenever i try to access games, or the 'applications' folder.
Not too sure what to do about it, any ideas ?

title says w800 and message says w810 =DD lolzz

master reset if tat doens't work u'll need to flash it

operation failed? have you checked if you have enough space to install games ? or maybe the jar is just corrupted

If that doesn't work then you need to re flash..
