1) More than likely, you're only going to receive one COU line. The only time I've personally seen multiple are trainers and managers with aircards and the like.

2) You can have 2 ERP lines. One with 1000 anytime minutes and one with 500. You don't pay a monthly recurring charge on those minutes, but you do pay the surcharges/fees. With nothing else on there, it's usually a few bucks a month. It includes some features like 5MB of internet and I believe 200 text/picture messages, but for unimited nights/weekends and the like, there is a cost associated.

3) That's probably up to your manager or their manager and depends on the market. Some issue you a COU phone, some just issue you a SIM and have you constantly switch out devices for the purpose of learning multiple phones.

4) If you're full time, it's usually 2 weeks - split between learning the sales process and the point of sale system. If you're part time, it's usually on weekends for a few weeks, and you learn strictly the sales process.

5) Your COU line and ERP lines both need to be "ordered" - your COU may be ordered for you by your manager, or your trainer might have you order it while you're there...they generally like you to have a COU line by the time you hit the floor so you have a number for customers. As far as your ERP line, I believe that it's still policy you have to work for the company for 90 days before you can activate either ERP line, and the equipment needs to be provided by you, if you didn't know. The ERP website lets you order a handset if you need it.
