Is this the way to flash the PRL file??

ok, I have searched through google and havent found a detailed way. but I assume to flash the Cricket PRL file to my VZW K1M is this way. Tell me if I'm doing it right.
1st open up PST 7.25
2nd Click on file,open,CDMA PRL
3rd Click on file types(all) and locate your PRL file.(1040prl)
4th On the menu file, click on phone, write.
It will suspend phone and then write.
To confirm the PRL was written.
1st Click File, New, and open Preferred Roam File & Ok
2nd On menu, click on phone, Read. It will suspend.
3rd On Listed ID you should have 01040.
