Need HELP! Having issues connecting to SEtool2 v1.11 (lite),<Can't load ID loader!> I have tried XS++ <cannot open communication port>
I am a newbee at this so I am sure there is somthing that I am doing wrong but not sure what?? I Have a k800i that is locked to the "3" network (UK) and I am trying to flash it so that I can use the phone with a different provider. I am using the USB data cable that came bundled with the mobile. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I guess I should purchased an unlocked phone !! Unlocking has proved to be very difficult and time comsuming, I have already spent about 8 hours on this and still have nothing, however do not have $50.00usd to spend on unlocking!!

okay reflash your phone before unlocking your firmware onthe phone is gone

How do I get the phone to connet to the SETTOOLS software ?? I followed the instructions.. and the software can still not find the phone.. I have tried two different phone k800i & w810i and still have problems do I need a special cable or the one that came with the phone??
