I've got a brand new K1m, i plug it to the wall and error message (translate from french) : Cannot charge the battery. Ok fine, plug on USB and the battery charge. Call the place where i buy it, they say to came back and they will try a new battery, because it could be a reverse polarity (rare problem that can occur) Ok fine. I go back to the other side of the town, they try a new battery, same problem, a new charger, same problem, my charger on another K1m it fine, my battery on another K1m is fine too.

Someone got the same Weird problem ?? I just wanna know while waiting for the repair (yes repair, they don't have another grey in stock)

It look like the connector on the phone is bad but only from wall outlet...
Another thing, on USB the power just work after I install the Phone Tool software/driver, before that i got the same error that cannot charge.

Now 1 week that my cellphone is in repair.

Does anyone know how long it suposed to take for motorola ?

My provider (bell) told me last week max 5 buisness day and now it became at least 5 buisness day.

Finaly the phone came today, they said it pass all the test, so back home I plug it back on my UPS and the same /"$"/$ problem.

Tommorow at the opening of the store, I will change my brand new repaired K1m for a HTC touch. Good bye Moto ! Welcome HTC.
