Does Anyone Know How to Backup the software on the 920sh

Hello, Im going to try to compare a non unlocked 920sh software with one that has all the network permisions active in japan. So I need To get someones software off there phone one from japan that everything works.
Then I need to know How to pull my software off of my phone and I want to compare the two so I can see the difference then Hopefully we can create a custom firmware that can be loaded on the phone to activate everything.
Any and all Help Here Is welcomed.
