today i traded my friend 2 razors and a slvr for his treo, i am not sure which treo it is yet. well the problem he had was one day he took his sd card out to put songs on it, when he went to put it back in it wont click and hold in. im having the same problem, the memory card fits in fine and the phone will read it only if i hold it in there, if not it slides out. how can i fix this problem?

Sounds like you may need to take the phone in for repairs. If its not clicking in there is not much you can do if you had it inserted before and know what you are doing.

If you insert the SD card in and there is no resistance inserting it, prlly need to crack it open and reseed the spring on the SDIO slot. If there is resistance but it quickly comes right now, try increasing effort of pushing it in and if nogo, the SDIO will need to be replaced. This is assuming that the warranty has expired.

Also could be debris/junk that has jammed up the mechanics of the slot to prolly just cracking it open and use a can of compressed air can do the trick.

there is resisitance pushing the card out, i push it in all the way until it wont go in any farther and it wont hold in, i beleive the phone is a year old or more and on its 3rd owner so im sure theres no warrenty. where could i go to get it fixed? can i do it myself?
