I think the battery is dead. try to pull out ur battery and put it again.
if it doesn't work try with new battery.seems to me is a battery problem.
and the trick changing the binary on the phone so it can read games from memory
makes my phone died by it self, so changes back all binaries to 0.
hope it helps

i try with some voltage device and tested the battery which is indeed giving otu 3.75V, really cannot think of other problem

Changing the binary on the hybrid firmware is known to be the fast way of killing that phone...a while ago alot of people were complaining about that in Taiwan. It usually ends up in having the IC board replaced (which can be done in TW but not chearo) or send back to Japan for repair (No longer availabe because they stopped servicing that phone.

So if you changed the binary back, master reset the phone (PWR+8 key), changed the battery...and still doesnt work...that means the phone is pretty much dead.

After reading your post again, try doing this...

Hold on to "PWR" and "8" key with the AC adapter plugged in...the phone should go into the service menu and then loading. Do not touch the phone during this time...it may take a while till the phone turn itself off again. Once the phone is off, try turn it on. This is the "firmware master reset."
Again if this still does not work and you tried another battery...the phone is dead. Was your phone soft unlocked (Pre Dec model) or TP unlocked?
TP unlocked 903sh is unstable in the 1st place and changing the binary on it make it way worse....

but why did they even sell so many of the importers flash it to that horrible firmware, I used to have it on my aug 2005 903sh, and it has issues playing any music execpt mmf, movie playback and I cant even record from the camera, and any java crashes reboots the phone after I flashed back to japanese. Only thing that works is calls, sms, and taking pictures.
