help on moving apps on bb8830

on the verizon bb8830 if you set your theme to the verizon standard. on the initial screen you see 5 options and then when you select the bb button it takes you to the other screen with all of the options. how do you move applications from one screen to the other? because after i did the email setup some of the options got moved to the very first screen that you get when you exit all the programs.
can someone help me out
