Hi Guys,

I normally hang out at the iPhone forum, however my friend
just acquired a K790a and has a question for you experts. Can we
download the firmware and then flash the phone or is updating done
strictly through a online server. We would like to obtain the firmware
and then use a program if there is such and then flash the latest
firmware to the phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And
sorry for not looking through 250 pages of this forum, I am seeing
double from spending so much time at the iPhone forum here at
Howards.

Hi Guys,

I figured it out myself either Wotan server or 2-3 weeks
later SEUS server.

ugh you don't need Wotan or SEUS .. you can just use the flashing tutorial for Setools. using SEUS will upgrade your CID 53 which means you will never get to flash your phone ever again. and if you flash with setools its free..
