Error When Flashing V3m

I decided to go back to Verizon from Altell and when I go to flash my phone I get an error when I open MultiFlashFlex (yes it is patched and I ran it until it was completed) saying "Error: Cannot load the flash tool! Friendly name: Flash Prog"
Help???

Try RSD Lite. I know that I have had some really bad experiences with MFF.
