Blackberry Curve contacts sync

hello...i recently changed from my iphone to a blackberry curve...and i did not have my contacts saved onto my sim...now i have them on outlook and would like to have them synced over...but not sure how to do it

First of all, read the user's manual. That should explain it.
If not, install Desktop Manager on your PC from the CD that came with your device. That allows you to sync calendar and contacts from Outlook with the BB.
