Memory leak in Sprint HTC touch

When the phone boots up the top tool bar indicates I have 31% memory used, I assume that is RAM. I can run sevral apps and jack the usage up to say 40%. When I kill the apps they release some of the ram about 4%. Anybody out there know how I maybe able to recover more than a measly 4%?

Try MerMaid it has a feature to free up unused memory and clean up unnecessary files on you phone. I use it and its great but isn't free. You can try it out for a week or two before you have to buy though.

You can upload it if you just rename it one of these extensions bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip. So just rename it softwarename.exe.zip or something like that. I think there is a limit of how much it can be. I think 2mb but otherwise rapidshare link?

i have tried .JPG .RAR ,but still "Invalid File Type "

.pdf is available

change .pdf to . rar

there are two softwares in the RAR file , just run it in any folder on your touch

You can also run dot fred's taskmanager and see what "else" was loaded into RAM other than just the programs you thought you closed.. Usually stuff lingers when you load stuff. Drivers, DLLs, files that might be needed for that particular program to run stay running.
