V3xx Send and Receive Small Picture Via Text

I haven't been here in ages. I've never decided to look it up until now, but is there a fix for sending and receiving small picture messages. I have a V3xx and it takes decently sized pictures but I receive insanely small pictures from other V3xx's and other phones. It's truly annoying and cannot seem to find a fix.
Let me know if I need to post more information.

Also my service is T-Mobile if that has anything to do with it.
