I just upgraded from an ic502 to the ic902.

I love the 902 - but the Alarm Clock is NOT reliable. I really depend on this feature. If you press any button on the side of the phone it will shut the alarm off completely. It also will not go off if I miss a call, sometimes it won't go off at all. The Snooze doesn't always seem to work and sometimes it will come back on randomly hours later, not good!

I would hate to have to go back to a 502 after using this 902 but the most important feature is the alarm and I NEED it to work.

My phone has been updated. Does anybody have similar issues or any ideas on how to fix this???

okay...i can't deal with this phone anymore.

Does anybody know if the ic602 uses the same platform or should I just go back to my ic502???
