But of course, it's all hearsay, and there's never anything that gets forwarded to reps, just what mgmt tells us. And we only get tidbits, not the whole story.

So what's the real deal? Anybody else know what's really going on, and can shed some light on this? I'm not being sarcastic.

But why do reps have to get hit for chargebacks from CS right before this change goes into effect? That's all I'm saying. I know it's always been this way, but how did they suddenly decide to increase the negative total right before the change? Something doesn't "add up".
