hi i will like to know if you can send international text messages(dominican republic) for free using google talk or yahoo messanger on my bb 8800. i have unlimited data plan (att) and i heard someone saying that is possible. any help will be apreciate

you can send a message with google talk or yahoo messenger to any user that uses that program where ever in the world they are without any additional cost to you...text messages are another thing and different rates apply to different countries.
