Alright I'm a newb i just got my Pantech last night, and i was fiddling around with it a little managed to get the music on ok, and from reading the boards i realized why i couldn't use my music as ring tones. but yea what i wanted to know i tried putting videos on it last night and nothing worked, the syncing process just froze, I'm not sure if the video was too big or if you just cant transfer jpeg videos onto the Duo, i have the 2g mem card so i figured it couldn't be the size of the videos, just wondering if anyone could help me out with getting videos on it.

Ps. also earlier today my songs disappeared from the my music folder, and for me to get to them i have to go to my documents and through all these back door folders to get to them. any idea (i had noticed my mem card had gotten lose during the day so i simply pushed it back in.

Go to this link and download TCPMP (the one for smartphone not PPC) along with the flash bundle. It's free and will play just about any audio and video file with no conversion/resizing required. You can just load videos directly to your minisd card (no need for syncing through WMP) and play them. You can also now go to youtube (regular site, not mobile) and watch videos.
