How to put Rom of NES to iPhone

Hi, I added teh NES emulator for iphone but I don't know how to add the Rom? it tell me to place the Rom to Place your ROM files in /var/root/Media/ROMs/NES but how?

sorry, I cant help you with the PS thing. check with the guy that made that video on YouTube. he seems like he really knows his stuff about iPhones.
