Well after reading the FAQ and HWZ... I've concluded that nobody has explained how to really make movies for the 905i Series.

Programs
3GP - 3GP Converter
MP4 - PSPVIDEO9 or PS3VIDEO9.. or XXXVIDEO9

Resolutions
640x480 OR if you don't want spaces you can zoom into 640x320.
15 FPS or 30 FPS

Method in putting into the phone.
I have a USB cord.. but it seems when i put the movie file into the folder "MOVIE" my sh905i automatically deletes it.
I'm not entirely sure where to put the movie file on the microsd card because its a maze of folders.

Can anybody help me out?

Whats the best method to have smaller movie files that work on the 905i series. Assuming that one way works with all.

You have to rename your file to MOL001.mp4 then MOL002.mp4 for the next one. I'm at work and don't have my SH905i with me, so I can't tell you the specific folder. Keep in mind I transferred using the microSD instead of the USB. What you could do is take a video with your SH's camera, and save it. Load the microSD onto the computer, and find your camera video. Put the movie into the same folder, rename, and you should be good to go.
