At my centre, this is how it went - we were told that there would be 'advancements' made to the Care billing system, and we'd get training mid-month. Using Care today, and what do we find? The change is already being rolled out in some markets. (And we get an email after the fact). Our training department had to do a quick, basic summary of how to change rate plans, etc, to our floorwalkers, because our reps were just flying blind. So, was this just my centre, or were other people affected too? |
