Telegence VS CARE

Anyone have any experience with both Telegence and CARE?

We just got word yesterday that our call center is going 24/7 and our (yet to be created) night shift is going to be trained in Telegence (we use CARE), since we will begin taking nationwide calls.

I've heard Telegence is a much simpler system to work with. Any thoughts?

id have to say telegence is much more user friendly. as for care, i dont really use it much anymore, but always hate having to use pos for credit evals.

24/7!! I wish mine would go 24/7 as I would jump on the vampire shift in a heartbeat if it was offered here. The 10% differential is well worth it to me and I am a night person.

Well they are not making it easy for anyone. The simple way to transition would be to just add another shift. But NOoooooo!

All current shifts will be terminated and reworked. Every single employee now needs to bid for completely new shifts and teams by mid July.

That sucks. They should give the shift first to transitions and then take volunteers.

But sorry to hear that. So yeah, what call center you in?

we use telegence at the StarTek site i'm at.

we use telegence too.

I really wish they would revamp Telegence. Give it a little color of something, looking at that grey and black screen all day is killing me.

I'd take a grey and black screen any day over a black screen with green letters. But yes, I also would like to see some more color added to telegence as well.

LoL, i use OPUS-Telegence and I must say its a far better look than Telegence... yet there is so many fruitful things you can do with Telegence vs. Opus lol.

I primarily used Telegence, but on occasions I'm forced to use CARE and I completly dispise it.

Telegence may not look so nice but it is defintly user friendly and you can pretty much do everything you need/want within the application, even at times store reps call in because they can't complete certain upgrades or add features / changes plans and it'll go through once we do it.

Everybody will be Telegence eventually. I can see how Care can be a pain but it's all I know. We also have the ability to play with the colors so we can make it whatever color scheme we want. It's a Windows thing though. Not sure if we're supposed to but people do it. Nobody's gotten in trouble and they haven't locked the option.
