Moto rokr Z6m questions

I just recently purchased a rokr and have a few questions. First off I have alltel, how can i get around the block and allow my songs to have the apply feature for ringtones. Also another question which is also may somewhat concern my other question is that I my computer is a mac. I can connect to my phone via bluetooth and transfer data more frequently with a usb card reader. I have a usb cable to fit the rokr and when i plug it into my mac the phone states that it is charging but my mac does not recognize my phone. Any ideas? Thanks
