alright so my friend lost his at&t blackjack2.. is there any way to track his phone since it has gps on it? if its on? if its off? what if the guy was smart enough to take out the battery and the sim.. is there still a way?
any answers are greatly appreciated..

It's gone and AT&T will not track it for him.
Should have gotten insurance on it.
