Can anyone help me here!
Do I need to SIM unlock my PDA to update the ROM to a custom ROM, for example Schaps_WM6Pro_Hermes_4.30 which I recently downloaded from here.

At the moment it is locked to T-mobile. I have also updated the SPL to 2.10 olipro and the radio is at 1.50.00.00 and the HTC boot is 0108.

Yes you do need to do so.

No you do not need to sim unlock to update all you need is HardSpl on your phone.

You have installed hardspl on your phone just read the wiki for Hermes at www.xda-developers.com prior to flash and ask questions if you have a problem otherwise you are good to go.

Thanks Cosmic so it looks like I'm good to go then! We have read through the wiki up down sideways and everyother way but just want to make sure I'm not likely to brick my phone but it seems straightforward really.
