This happens to me too with a Bell 6275, but it only occurs if I am powering the phone up in a "roaming" area, no issues in home coverage networks.

It happened to me and I had to return it to Nokia for repair.

This is an excellent phone, with a flimsy software.

I'm afraid you will have to send it.

By the way, about 6 months after the repair, my phone is showing signs it will bug again...

The repair took 6 weeks, so my advise it to replace this phone...

Don't bother sending it for service. Mine has V2.07 firmware and it worked flawlessly for four or five months, and now it's on the verge of death.

i repaired it.
get Phoenix
select product
plug in phone off
turn it on and as soon as you do, put Operating system to Test Mode
Now the phone will stay on in test mode
go to Product--> File system format for file2

and you're done!

dont ask me more questions on this...

guys, i don't know why, but i do believe that before the product is sold, the software testers did lots of work about it and possibly it's because of the hardware or sth. but could some one told me how your phone becomes unstable or what the sign?
