Can anyone honestly tell me if this product is worth the money? I just purchased a Pantech duo and it will not allow for me to assign ringtones (mp3s) to contacts, but from what I read this program will allow me to do that.
Please let me know your opinion.

Works as advertised and in the event you need support they usually respond within 24hrs. It does much more than just personal ringtones it has profiles etc.

I'd give it two 'mehs' out of five. I kept trying it and kept disliking it. It doesn't fully follow Windows Mobile interface styles.

A program I'm much happier with is EnCallio from Nikafx. It's inexpensive and completely configurable - it even includes an editor to let you design your own callerid screens.

I tried it for a day. It was pretty and easy to configure separate ringtones for contacts. I couldn't figure out how to search my contacts using something other than the name. For example I had scribbled down the last 4 digits of someone's phone number, and I wanted to find the matching entries in my contacts.

I would only have photos for about 5% of my contacts, and the lack of extended search capabilities made me give up on this program. Its probably a great application for kids/teens with a camera photo.

I'm still looking for a search program that provides a unified result over my appointments/calendar, contacts, and notes databases - not unlike the find application on a palm.

photo contacts 5 is a TON better than the previous version. i love it and i would be lost with out it

I'm using version 4, I think. I only use it for the full screen caller id images and custom ringtones for each contact. For what I want it to do, it works well. I don't ever use it to dial or anything though.
