Have a Treo 650 Verizon. Quite often the phone will stop receiving text messages. Re-boot the phone and they all start coming in. I searched for similar issues to no avail. I was wondering if there was a software patch which I cant find. I was also considering doing a hard reset but wanted to research that procedure carefuly before I lose anything on tthe phone.

And if anyone would recomend which software to use to back-up and reset phone. Hoping it might correct this problem.

BackupMan is good for backups. Do a search at palmgear.com
